Makes one large pizza or two personal pizzas.

Easy Pizza Dough

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup flour
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon yeast (I just buy those little packets at the store and use an entire one)
1 cup hot water
2 tsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions: Combine the 2 cups flour, yeast, hot water, oil, sugar and salt. Stir well. Cover with plastic wrap or a dish towel and let rise for 10-15 minutes. When it's done rising add in the 1/2 cup flour. It will be sticky and kinda hard to incorporate, so I sometimes grease my hands and use my hands to work it in. The dough will be really sticky even after you've incorporated the last of the flour. Knead lightly. (Sometimes I don't even do that--I figure the stretching and shaping of it does enough--it's not a high maintenance dough) Use plenty of flour to roll it out. Bake at 500 degrees for around 10 minutes (depending on how flat you've rolled it).MeganandClaudyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07064703306619313531noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3182890002687754858.post-47051128791563768552012-06-12T21:59:43.148-06:002012-06-12T21:59:43.148-06:00Love this post, love your blog! It is definitely on my 'to visit' list! Reading this also makes me want to be better friends with you :). I have a feeling we could have some fun times and conversations (even if I'm kind of an old lady!). I hope you enjoy your first Utah summer...it's not so bad ;).Roxeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08595120819780813333noreply@blogger.com
